2012 Alondra de Los Prados Syrah

Alondra de los Prados is a one-acre vineyard co planted to Syrah, interspersed with Viognier vines (5%). The vineyard is farmed and owned by Tom Krig. The vineyard is harvested over two picking dates with the Viognier being picked and cofermented with the Syrah

This wine was matured for 20 months in 40% new Françoise Frères and Ermitage French oak barriques.
