DOUG MARGERUM of the Margerum Wine Company
After graduating from UCSB, Doug opened the WINE CASK in 1981. What began as retail wine store expanded to include a restaurant. There was critical success from the outset with praise from Gourmet & Bon Appetite magazines. Doug began Margerum Wine Company in 2001. In addition, Doug is the wine maker and partner of Cent'Anni as well as consulting wine maker for a variety of other wineries.
